Through our Preferred Employer Program, current employees of participating local employers get their application fee waived when they apply for an apartment at Mansions in the Park.

How to Get Your Application Fee Waived

Applying is simple. When you apply online or visit our leasing office, let our team know where you work and provide proof of current employment, such as a recent pay stub or employee ID. We'll take care of the rest!

  • Federal employees

  • Active-duty military
